Birthday present for my boyfriend?
My boyfriend and I have been going out for a little over 4 months and his birthday is coming up next month…I’ve been thinking of what to get him and I finally came up with something but could use some opinions.
He’s very into music and writing, he writes lyrics, short stories, and poems all the time, but he always complains that he doesn’t do it as much as he wants to and that he wants to start getting back into writing…so, I was thinking of maybe buying him a nice leather-bound journal or something that he could practice his writing in.
The only problem is, he usually does his writing on the computer, but i figured he could carry the journal around with him to jot down ideas incase he comes up with something.
What do you guys think?
Guitar or drum lessons if he doesn’t already know how to play. Concert tickets or a bunch of memorabilia from his favorite band. Write him a song. Give him a book of poetry, like Robert Frost.
The journal idea is good too. I would also include a cd of songs that he loves or represents you two. It’s nice that you’re really putting thought into his gift:)
