computer software engineer schools
I want to go into Computer Engineering and Software Engineering but I’m worried about math.?

I’m a high school sophomore and I am currently taking Pre-cal as my fourth credit, but I don’t understand much of the class.

What classes should I take as preparation for majoring in computer engineering?

Should I continue math and go to Calculus (even though I most likely won’t understand), or should I try some science courses?

If you’re having trouble with Calc then CE and SE is probably not for you… or you need to try harder and see if you can understand the “concept” of how calc works… these are the math courses you will see in CE:

MTH 1410 Calculus I
MTH 2140 Computational Matrix Algebra
MTH 2410 Calculus II
MTH 3100 Introduction to Mathematical Proofs .
MTH 3210 Probability and Statistics (Calculus-based)
MTH 3220 Design of Experiments
